"Christian is so amazing! I woke up to a garage door that wouldn't open and put in an inquiry in the website. Christian quickly called me and diagnosed the problem right over the phone and already knew the parts he needed before he even arrived. He fixed the issue in no time, but then realized that the motor also burned out when the springs went (due to incorrect sizing from whoever last serviced it before we bought the house) and we'd need a new motor. Instead of selling us a whole new one for a markup like many repair people do, he went out of his way to call for a free warranty replacement and even pressed them when they tried to say no. He came back and got it installed for me for just a simple labor charge. 5 star customer service and definitely will get our business in the future! Such a kind person and someone you can trust."

"We had our 2 car garage door replaced by Twin Peaks a few weeks back. When Christian came out to do our measurement and initial meeting he was very friendly and informative. I was glad that he told me my garage opener didn’t need replacing yet and he would even give it a tune up to help me get the most life out of it. I’m always happy to see honesty vs an non-needed upsell. Due to the slope of our garage, the weather stripping on the bottom of our door had a little space in it and was letting some air and snow in. When I notified them, they scheduled time to come out within 2 days and upon arrival upgraded and replaced us to a thicker pad and strip at no cost. Ive been very happy with their customer service, prompt replies to emails and speedy and reliable service. Our door looks great and is a big upgrade from our previous door."

When my spring broke they added me to their full day to make sure that I had access to my ramp and the tech that came out was amazing, he was polite, kind to my kids and explained everything to us. "Called in the morning and had a new garage door opener in the afternoon. Obviously, that's probably not always the case, but it was still nice that they could do it that fast. Chris was very professional and efficient. When the installation was done, he took the time to walk us through setting up the cars, key pad, and app. We had a problem with the wi-fi after Chris left and i have no doubt that he would've come back, but i called Liftmaster support instead and they had me up and running in no time. "When my garage door wouldn't close, Christian took a call from me and fit me into the tail end of a long day. Even though the cause of the malfunction was my fault, he fixed it cheerfully and even put a few nails into another spot which was completely unrelated to the call. And then he put light bulbs in the garage mechanism because I hadn't taken the time to do it. He showed me exactly what he was doing and how to avoid it happening again and then charged me only half the service call even though it took him out of his way. "Above and beyond, AKA next level service! Our garage door coil broke recently and I called Twin Peaks for help. They were quick to respond and sent me a quote right away. Christian came out the next day and replaced the coils. He also inspected the cables, which turned out to be frayed, and replaced them for no add’l charge! Then, he installed an entirely new opener, per my request. Turns out it came with no remotes. Christian had one in his truck, programmed it for us and even programmed our cars. Then, he swept our garage leaving it better than when he arrived. My wife described the whole experience, and our fully functionally garage door as ”dreamy!” The only small up-charge was for the remote - which was well worth it. In a world where customer service seems to be an afterthought Christian and the Twin Peaks are on another level!"

Gave loads of awesome advice knowing we were putting it in ourselves, and when i asked for a quote to unwind the old springs he saw it was at a dangerous point and just took care of it so no one got hurt, It was his last 3rd party delivery and we had a good chat while he soaked in the moment. "We had been having problems with our garage door opening for months. We had previously used their service to install a new spring for the garage door and were very pleased with their service. The garage door opener however proved to be a bit more of a problem child. RF signals were interfering with the sensor picking up the signal. We scratched our heads with this for awhile as my garage is my main entry to the home being wheelchair or cane crutch bound. Luckily, we were mostly home bound for the last few months so it was less of an issue but once my wife started working the problems began once again with getting the door to open. They contacted me today, Nicole in specific. She scheduled to have Christian come take a look in a couple days. I am not sure what the fix is. Hopefully we can get it resolved. Changed my rating to reflect a pretty prompt response to my phone call. I will change my review again based on the service call. I have been google hunting this topic for months to only find a lot of folks all over the country with the same problem. They arrived promptly on time, were very polite and apologetic at the door not working as intended. After review of the situation determined it was still interference from other signals so placed and extension antenna outside the garage. Just above and beyond courteous to me, profusely apologizing and making me feel very valued as a customer. I fully intend to use them on any home I may move too."
